Alumni Association

The Alumni Association of the college is very active and takes efforts to en-roll all the graduated students of the institution. It has over 100 active members. All outgoing students become members of the association. The Alumni association of the college has a president, secretary, treasurer and executive members. The association regularly meets at least once in a year. The institution maintains regular contact with Alumni and former faculties through e-mail and personal contact. A number of our alumni have gone on to pursue higher education both within the country and outside. Many of the students have been provided with job opportunities in the clinics and hospitals within the state and both in the national and international arena. Some of them have come back to the institution as valuable employees and continue to serve in different positions within the institution. This ensures the continuation of the bond that exists between the institution and the students. They also assist the institution in conducting and organizing research workshops, conferences, seminars and hands-on training courses for academic and clinical skill enrichment and upliftment.Various topics on improving the college activities and career development programmes are suggested by the association members. Their suggestions and valuable inputs are being put into action and are implemented for the welfare of the college. This association provides an adequate platform for students to express their future prospects with the alumni members and to get their effective benefits. They also extend invaluable support in organizing lecture programs for career counseling by arranging resource persons for training and lectures. Enhance the institution’s reputation. Our institution has always harnessed the power of its alumni through various networking platforms like Facebook, Whatsapp. The association members are regularly contacted through the alumni group in Whatsapp and the core committee of the association plays an important role in passing the information through mails and other types of media to put important messages across. It can influence the public including patients, prospective students and other members of the society from near and far.
